– To be eligible for a return, the trailer or product must be purchased directly from Collins Custom Cargo.
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
– The return request must be initiated within the specified return period, which may vary depending on the product category.
2. Return Process:

– Provide the necessary details, including the order number, product information, and reason for return.
– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
– If the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, Collins Custom Cargo will cover the return shipping costs.
– If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not attributable to Collins Custom Cargo, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process:

– If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

At Collins Custom Cargo, we want to ensure that the cargo trailer is, at minimum, as expected with your purchase.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS
The trailer return window 35 days. Trailer need to be back in Collins Custom Cargo’s possession in no more than 40 days.
There is a 5 day grace period on all returns. This gives our clients plenty of time to return the trailer.
The Return Windows grace period puts the return window at 40 days for holidays and anything else life has in store for us.
Our policy offers a refund of a trailer of same value. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
However, If Customer Has Problems with Tongue Jack, Lights, Spring Assist, Fenders, Couplers, Etc. Collins Custom Cargo will get customer in contact with the manufacturer for part(s) to be mailed to the customer.
If Trailer is Delivered to Customer and Trailer Is Not What Customer Ordered The Trailer Will Be Brought Back to Collins Custom Cargo and Customer Will Have Another Trailer Delivered Within a Couple Weeks or Refund Your Deposit.
Returns
- No Refunds After Customer Signs Acceptance Agreement or Pays for The Trailer in Full After Signing The Acceptance Agreement.
- Full Refund on Defective Trailer or Product
- No Refund After the Customer Takes Ownership of Trailer.
Exchanges
Exchanges Not Available After Customer Takes Ownership of Trailer
Shipping Returns
If you are not happy with trailer after approving pictures. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the trailer.
