– To initiate a return, please contact Chance Collins at (912) 850-2865 or email chance@collinscustomcargo.com.

– Provide the necessary details, including the order number, product information, and reason for return.

– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

– Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

– Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

– Certain products may be non-returnable or have specific return conditions. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during the checkout process.

– In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately.

– We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Our policy offers a refund of a trailer of same value. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

  • No Refunds After Customer Signs Acceptance Agreement or Pays for The Trailer in Full After Signing The Acceptance Agreement.
  • Full Refund on Defective Trailer or Product
  • No Refund After the Customer Takes Ownership of Trailer.
